Cancellation & Refund Policy
DRISTEE KAKATI believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore has adopted a liberal cancellation and refund policy. Please read the terms below carefully.
1. Cancellations
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1–2 days of placing the order.
- Cancellations may not be possible if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
- Cancellations are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.
2. Refunds & Replacements
- Refunds/replacements can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported to our Customer Service team within 1–2 days of receipt. The request will be entertained once verified by the merchant.
- If the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet expectations, it must be reported to our Customer Service team within 1–2 days of delivery.
- For products covered by manufacturer warranties, customers must contact the manufacturer directly.
3. Refund Timeline
In case of any refunds approved by DRISTEE KAKATI, it will take approximately 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer’s account.
